HELLASchool – Hellenic Elementary Language Learning Abroad School
is a modern online
Greek school for children, teenagers and adults living all over the world.
Children from the Greek diaspora and the Greek community abroad hold a special place in our educational mission: children who are growing up far from Greece; they often understand the language but do not have enough opportunities to use it in their daily lives.

The pupils’ e-classes consist of four pupils who are selected to be of the same age and to have a similar level of proficiency in Greek, following a relevant interview. The choice of this particular method of organising the educational process is in line with the most up-to-date pedagogical approaches, as it helps to maximise pupils’ interest and the effectiveness of teaching.

Opportunity to prepare for the Greek Language Proficiency Certification
Our aim is to support and strengthen the teaching work of Greek schools abroad, with a focus on the teaching of the Greek language, so that our children are taught Greek as their mother tongue, just as it is taught in Greek schools. We also offer courses to adults who love the Greek language and culture.
At the same time, beyond simply teaching the language, we aim to foster our heritage and culture through carefully selected teaching materials.
HELLASchool is here to embrace all Greek children living far from home and to inspire them to experience the grandeur of the civilisation and culture revealed through an in-depth study of our language.
